She feels honored to have found her way into creating and operating a business with a mission of helping others improve their health through mindful movement and mindful living. With all that is offered here at the studio, Erin and her colleagues are always looking to help clients get to know themselves more deeply so they can move mindfully, live mindfully and recognize their full potential for a happy life.
