Do you miss the energy of others and yearn to be together again in a safe way? Starting in July, the studio is offering several weekly classes outdoors to fulfill this need. The weekly classes will take place on the back lawn of the Waterford Library, just down the road from the studio. The setting offers both sun and shade.

The Waterford Library is graciously sharing their outdoor space with us for classes.
They have asked us to follow a couple of rules and we thank you in-advance for doing so.
Parking at the Waterford Library:
Please park on either side of the road in front of the right-hand side of the building/property (side closest to the town beach). The parking area to the back left of the building is for the resident who lives in back. The library would also like to keep the roadside parking to the left of the building available for library patrons.
Back Lawn Access:
Please access the back lawn by walking to the right of the library building passed the granite benches.
Reservations/Payment for Outdoor Classes:
Make a reservation online in advance so we know to expect you and so your attendance deducts from your class pass.
For summer folks who intend to pay a drop-in, please make your payment and reservation online as well. We appreciate you doing this so that we are able to contact you should there be inclement weather. If you choose to drop-in without an online reservation, we will accept cash, but thank you in advance for helping us keep these transactions to a minimum.
Online Access to Outdoor Classes:
All classes will continue to be available through Zoom in addition to being outdoors. Should we have inclement weather (rain, oppressively hot) the class will be through Zoom ONLY. Anyone with a reservation will be notified of this and will have the option to participate in the online class or cancel/reschedule the reservation.
Equipment/Props Guidelines for Outdoor Classes:
Bring your own mat or towel and water. Participants will be asked to spread out across the lawn to accommodate for the need to social distance ourselves. There will not be any shared equipment or props during classes.
Functional Fitness Classes
In addition, please bring a set of light weights (2-3lbs) if you have them. If you do not have your own, there are studio sets to borrow. The studio weights will be cleaned before and after each use with cleaner that meets the CDC guidelines.
Flow Yoga Classes
The yoga classes will be accessible to everyone without props being necessary. If you'd like to bring your own props, feel free.
