If you are looking for a different form of yoga that might be a less intense compliment to a traditional yoga practice, come try Chair Yoga with Jane!
Chair Yoga appeals to all shapes and ages. It is an easy paced practice where you use your chair to find more support and safety. Like traditional yoga, we strengthen and stretch the body, improve balance with standing postures, and work on breath and relaxation with meditation and Qui Gong.
The newest addition to our class is HAND YOGA. It’s an amazing routine which helps strengthen your hands and wrists, increase flexibility and improve your grip. It ends with a soothing hand massage using essential oils. Come join our friendly and welcoming chair yoga community!
