Chair Yoga 6-Week Series

CHAIR YOGA with Jane Riseman

Mondays and/or Wednesdays, 1:00-2:00pm 

In-person or virtual

Investment: Sign-up for the entire series for $12.00/class or Drop-in anytime for $15.00


Two Summer series: 

Mondays -  10 classes:  June 20, 27, July 11, 18, 25, & August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

and/or

Wednesdays - 8 classes: June 29, July 6, 13, 20, & August 3, 10, 17, 31



Chair yoga is such a great place to start understanding yoga and is easy to carry over to a home practice. Moving is the key to aging well with strength and grace. Jane encourages everyone to try yoga. It is a peaceful way to stretch and strengthen, and every practice feels like coming home.
