The Functional Fitness classes start with a somatic movement practice to prepare the body for exerting effort followed by circuit-style training to strengthen the entire body and build aerobic endurance.

Erin's detailed cuing and encouraging nature makes the goals of getting stronger, healthier and more confident in yourself, accessible to everyone.
Brush "Negative Nancy" off of your shoulder and take ownership of your health and your body. It doesn't matter if you have to start with a plank standing at the wall - IT ALL COUNTS - and you have to start somewhere!

Class Times:

Tuesdays at 6:30am
Thursdays at 6:30am
Thursdays at 4:00pm

Series reservation ($12/class) or Drop-in reservation ($15/class)
Details
Reservation deadline is one-week prior to the first class. Minimum of 3 series reservations needed. Drop-in reservations welcome if space allows. These spots will open up one week prior to the first class.
Flexibility
Each class (day/time) is being offered as an independent series so that you are not forced into committing to more than one class per week. For example, if you typically come on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am, you will need to make two series reservations, one for each day/time.
For additional flexibility, if you make a series reservation and something unforeseen comes up on any given class day, you can make-up the class by attending another class time that week. Please just contact Erin directly so she can reserve your spot and confirm there is space.

Reservations can be made online with your credit card. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, contact Erin so she can reserve your spot in advance.

All of Erin's fitness classes begin with a somatic movement warm up that helps individuals connect with their bodies. This is essential because we can't find strength during the workout without connection to our bodies first. Through this gentle movement practice we become self-aware and gain more control over our muscle function. With that foundation we can then find what Erin calls the "sweet spot" as we workout, where we are strong AND relaxed at the same time. Refined, efficient strength results.
