Here at Good Health is a Habit, we want our yoga classes to serve as a mindful pause in your busy life, helping you connect with the mind, body and breath. You will be encouraged to breathe consciously and find strength and ease in your body as you move through various poses. Your practice is an opportunity to move mindfully, cultivate an intention and connect with yourself.
Yoga on the Lawn classes on Saturdays begin as soon as the outdoor conditions permit in June through August! Check the top of the reservation page for current updates.
