Taught by Susan Kane, this class is accessible to all bodies. Yoga For All class emphasizes slow, deliberate and safe movements on the mat, while sitting or standing. There are limited up and down flows, minimizing any stress on knees. Class begins and ends seated on the mat, with a standing series in between.
