Yoga for All with Susan Kane

Wednesdays @ 9:00am - 10:00am

Yoga For All is taught by Susan Kane RYT500. Yoga For All philosophy emphasizes deliberate and safe movements on the mat, sitting or standing, while incorporating mindful breathing. Pose variations are offered for all levels of flexibility.
