Barre Mini-Series

Saturdays, 9:30 - 10:15am

Investment: $12.00/class if you commit to the series, or drop-in to a single class for $15.00

Barre is a full body workout using a blend of yoga, pilates, and ballet movements. Barre helps strengthen muscle groups through small controlled movements using your own body weight and/or supportive props for resistance. It is a low impact class yet expect to feel challenged. Barre is a great way to build strength, balance, and connection with the body. Emilie incorporates stretching throughout the 45min class and ends with a moment of zen. Emilie’s classes are creatively challenging, fun, and empowering. Barre is accessible for anyone and at any level of experience. 


PoP-Up Evening Barre Class
